We founded Ultra Date Production Farm in 2024 with a simple conviction: the Emirati date deserves a modern manufacturer — one that treats it with the discipline of a chocolatier and the standards of an export food business.
Today our team of 25 develops and produces premium dates, date chocolates, Nat Bites energy balls, raw honey and healthy snacks — for our own brand, and under private label for partners across the UAE and beyond.
Everything we make carries the same promise printed on our packs: crafted by nature, finished by hand, certified end to end.
